cant go to support area


im not running any fire walls dongle is connected clicked go support

cannot find server this is the message ive been getting now for two days
it was ok until two days ago

ive tried usb-smart.net as well but still cannot connect to site

this is the only sites i cannot access online everthing else is fine

anyone had this prob or can anyone help out cheers wolfe

Ive just tried and no problem. Have you got your card inserted and are you using ussaccessv10?

re support page

its not my ip addy cause its different every time when i connect cause im running 56k modem

its not blocked cause ive done a full format and install with xp and win 98 on a dual boot system

my dongles working 100% cause ussaccess v10 reads the s/n and it runs usb smart progs fine

so im total lost now arghhhhhhhhh need help cheers wolfe

I have not blocked any IP on support site, so the problem come from your ISP.
Maybe some net paths is just broken at your ISP. Wait 1-2 days or try from a friend who use another internet service provider.
