hi mate! I just want to ask if it is safe to clear user code of w810i? or even read all codes? thanks mate

Both are safe but you try tu read all codes its better.......

i have very bad experience in read codes with usb smart................ i just press read codes button and w550 dead...........so dont try this......

I've recently tried read all codes for 2 w810 from Canada, both I got CXC version not supported. I reflashed with main and fs downloaded from support site before (china/asia flashes) and then read all codes again. its works, BUT then when you put sim in and turn on, it says configuration error, contact service provider, etc......

If you have cruiser > best to do this type of flashing.
