To make it work on the Vodafone's 3G portal. You won't be enjoying the 3G stuff if you're using the K version. you can only use Video Calling.

Thanks smartboy, but as i said, i can go to Vodafone Live's website easily, coz Vodafone itself has a site for all the configurations of the phones they support, what i'm talking about is the 3G services, like the Mobile TV etc...

If you have a K600i, you won't be able to enjoy all the 3G stuff that Vodafone is offering, but if you have a V600i, you can do all those stuff.
Same thing with most SE 3G phones.

Just like the V800 can enjoy all the services, but not with the Z800 or V802SE.

Thanks for reading guys...

Hi,

K600/V600/K608 is same hardware and full clonable.
So, find one V600 phone who fit your needs (who have this all Voda services), read MAIN, FS and EEPROM and just write this files into another(s) K600/K608 or V600 phones. Just not forget to unlock phone too. Complete phone is not needed with readed files from working phone!

Best regards,
Zulea

P.S. StupidBoy, please GO OUT from here with your stupid answers (I cannot call this "support" or "help to other users") !!!

@SM4RTBOY

If you debrand a Sony Ericsson, it can no longer access Vodafones Live Portal as Vodafone see the phone entering as a K600i and it decides that K600i is not an approved Vodafone handset and displays basic WAP site but not the Vodafone Live portal!

Even kids on the street know that a phone which is not approved by Vodafone cannot access full services!!!!!

Like Zulea said, he cannot call this a "support" section with comments like this!!!

You canīt use the Voadfone LIVE Portal with an unbranded V600! Thatīs fact.

The only thing you can do is to change the name of the phone (phone descriptor) back from K600 to V600, works 100%, Vodafone is checking the name of the phone, if it is not V600.... no Live Portal access! Tested with Voadfone Germany!
I am using Crui... to change the phones names!

I dont think Crui... can do that with cid49 k600/v600/k608s though can it?

I think the phone descriptor might be the solution to my k608i debranded to k600i problems.

I just need to beg Zulea to include it.
