Done many K750i's but getting 305011 error with phone

I have had a K750i to do today and keep getting 305011 error....below is one of my attepts to unlock....(Also phone turns on which not suppose to happen)

Switch phone ON
Get phone info
Flash CID: 16
Phone KEY: oR†âZO÷nWç‘cçæ‹÷gŸïç•ŸãoRï›“ïç—ŸãïBŸ—“ “„f
ERROR: 305011

Well if the phone is powering on that's not usual...Are you sure the comport is correct and the cable is working??That's not usual...Can you give us some more info??Also you should try to unlock without battery and then insert battery( I'm understanding that you are using cable without external power)

I got the same error it was low batteries, for the cable, or maybe the contacts of the phone are dirty, thats why the phone isnt detecting the cable,,,, try using the cable with the power cables option and use 2 1.5 batteries....

In my case it was both dirty contacts and no enought power, strange since other k750 would work with the same batteries probably some require more power...

i had this problem on my win98 when i was using cruise 4in1 and speed more then 11200 -> settings ->com port -> set speed to 920000 (or something like that) or just use slower speed

Shouldn't CID be 36. Maybe need to repair that first.
