okay i flash my phone with usb smart he is flashing the main but not the flash file befor its falshing the flash file its coming a error 305011 since that when i put the smart cable to my phone its turn always on

the phone is w810i with new flash files on server ...the version is 8.0

I am trying to read phone info of a brand new K750i UK and getting the same error code 305011. Flash ID and info are all like this ?!#!,.##.../'

I own a W800 myself and tried it work straight away.
The battery of phone and cable are all fully charged.
Tried V8.6 V8.4 V8.2 main program and getting the same result.

Any ideas? I have been using USB-Smart for quite a while now and it is the first time I am having trouble.

Can someone help??

Z1010 CALL FAILED - ERROR 305011 WITH USB-SMART V8.6 WHEN CONNECTING OR FLASHING.

MMmmmmmmmmmmmh,
Maybe the GSM business is getting spoiled by china product or chip makings?
Always cable problem when you see error.
For Goodness sake I just bought the Thing and i did not even unlock repair one phone & the first reply i should get from so call best box is that items included are bad?
I'll ask my reseller to change it for something else.
