Help with K750i - GSM-Forum

Hi guys I am going round in circles !!

Right I have a customers K750i here they swear it is NOT barred !

The phone finds network but dissallows calls to be made then it says can't find network so against all my own thoughts I tried to reflash it, this didn't resolve the problem so I thought I would prove that it WAS barred by changing the IMEI just to test and I then tried it again and it was STILL refusing to make calls s I tried recovering the phone from scratch and now I am lost.

I need to know the following :

Which 2 files do I need it is a china made phone and a UK network phone.

I am really desperate now because no combination of files seems to be sorting the phone I keep getting file mismatch error betweem firmware and file system AAAARRRRGGGHHHH

well i managed to get the phone back BUT now there is NO network whatsoever !

Just keeps searching for network and not finding ANY, I am sure it isn't hardware as when I first got the handset it DID find the network just refused to make calls.

Any help would be appreciated

Just search for recovery of K750i and follow instructions 5 steps to recover if its still the same then it is a hardware fault i am affraid.
