this code readed from v8.6,but how to unlock the phone unlock code?

As far as I remember it is, * <- <- * or check the other way round, <- * * <-
And then enter the codes.

must be your are doing wrong something
1 push * button
2 hit two times left from your scrol handle
3push * again
and you will see menu and lock icon press yes and enter the codes.

If it is a phone lock code.. then... i think these codes are not useful at all.

You have to use the option "Reset user lock"

Sir,you are right the phones is phone locked not operator lock.

But v8.6 only read all code are enable,theres no reset user code.

so can do or not?

You are abosolutely correct. ONLY two operations are enabled for this particular phone model. i.e J230i

AND frankly i did not open the software at the time of replying to your question.

I hope zulea will try to RESOLVE the issue.

SEMC tool 8.6 did not read user code for J230i
and don`t have reset option
does any one know how to reset this phone right now?
if some one know then tell me .
how to finish user lock?

I also have the same problem with a J220i, my Usb-Smart will not read the phone at all let alone the code!!!

Please advise of this ZULEA?????

I have same problem I enter 5 time 1 "11111" Phone locke open but i enter network code phone show me worng code. i try try to other device but same problem Last i flash it MT-Box my phone is OK.
