"ich habe eine grooose problem" with usb smart
 

hi....i have very big problem....all phones connected with cabel for k750i always power on when i try to unlock or read codes.....i can't get anything unlocked....just wont go in boot mode....always power on...i try reinstall box...instal it on other computers reinsert battery,disconect and connect cable....with 4.5v or without...with modified cable on usb power or regular...nothing helps....i already think to buy some other se tool...
and what is with support? can't log in......
please help it's urgent

Wait 3-4 secs after request and then short power on the phone. And give lower voltage - 3,0-3,6 volt (can be from other battery). For me works.
