J210i Service Provider Lock??? - GSM-Forum

is it possible to unlock j210i with Service Provider Lock Active and how? This phone have NCK and SP active, when I enter unl.code 00000000 using standard procedure left**left it gaves me a chance to enter NCK and NCSK lock but not SP lock? Any idea?

Phone flashed and deas now. Can not turn on. I think just cruiser can repair this model.
