Member: 191662 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | Need help with TP- First time at carrying out TP I am wearing rubber soled ***** and i manually handle and use a needle to ground tp but no sucsess???????? Member: 104911 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 42 | the easiest way to do all testpoints, motorolas,ericssons etc is to use a power supply to power the phone and connect a probe to the neg and use that for the doing the testpoint. i've done 100's without one single problem. soldering wires is asking for trouble. br |

Member: 104911 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 42 | you do not have to use a power supply but its easier with, and i already had one which i made. the cables are just normal 4mm cables with banana plugs, then get some ic clips from rs/farnell/maplin etc and any test probe. |
