need help on Z520 - GSM-Forum

Hello
I just bought USB SMART and having truoble connecting phones I was able to unlock old phones but not like Z500 and Z520 everytime I try to connect it won't do it pl let me If making mistake ?

connect cable with battery removed from phone.
push clear sp lock then do job, when it says connect to phone insert battery.. should work 100%

i tried that with 3 phones but not working at all givesme error 305011 like its cable problem but its not an cable program

clean the phone connectors.
also try a different cable.
