not able to download from support area - GSM-Forum

hello friends i m new user of usb-smart.

b4 somedays i can download every file from support area but now ...i cant dnt know what is the problem. when i click on download its start processing ...but when i go to save its show error....

i cnt understand the problem..i also deactivate mu firewall and not using any aceelrator...acording instructions...

That may be a windows access problem, try saving to a different location on your hard drive

Save the the file to your harddisk, do not open from the ftp

now i can download ...i restore my pc....

but problem is now that...its not direct downoading..its never show how much time..is left how much data is transfer..also never about downloading speed just runnig and then downloads ready show to save...some files i saved perfectly..but some files like lg tool..its show damage or crupted...

its never did b4....
