Problem With Usbsmart Maintenance v4.3 - GSM-Forum

trying to access support area with Usbsmart Maintenance v4.3 and also update the smartcard dongle, it will not let me connect to the support area and also will not let me update the usb smart alway says error occourd when i click on update dongle smartcard

i had same problem kept coming up dongle not find what i did was to remove dongle and restart computer even 4 or 5 times and finally i was succesfull just keep trying it will goeventually

i tried nearly evey other day still get the same massage
