@Zulea help for com port

Hi Zulea i need some help from you
I received USB Smart with 4in1 cable.
I install correctly drivers for both but when i open SEMC and select 4in1 cable with its com port software tells me that cannot open com port!!!
At home i have amd 64 with Windows XP SP2
I try in office with another pc with Athlon xp and Windows XP Sp2 and same kind of errors...
Then i try other pc with AMD Sempron and Windows me and everything seems to be ok...(now i must try to unlock)
I would like to use it with my pc (AMD 64 one) is it a problem of compatibility or i do something wrong??
Thanks a lot

Have a look in device manager and see where the pc has assigned the hardware to, ( which comm port), If its a case its on comm 4 and it still dont work you can download com sync from the usb site and assign it to a specific port. Also make sure your ports are enabled in the bios? If this dont work dissconnect everything from your pc printers etc, uninstall the usb smart restart pc and try again, Hope this helps

@Andreino
real problem is that Your system can manage more VIRTUAL port then com 1 to 4 . Go in System Resources and check "Comm Port" setting . From there You can see which is exactly number assigned . This number can be between 40 and 60 too.
