You try to read the manual v1.1 at "Solve the Please Wait on K750/W800" carefully. 100% OK. Test by me on K750i.
Good luck to you!

What kind of cable are you using? Do you need external power?

Strange enough I get this problem sometimes. Especially CID36 phones. I have shorted out Pin 8 & 10 inside my connector.

Other thing about CID 36 phones is when you try to recover/flash it, alot of times the phone will power on

Any opinions on this?

thanks

Did shorting pins 8 and 10 resolve the "Phone not power up" issue?

Thanks

Hi Niel******

It has nothing to do with shorting of pin 8 & 10 in my opinion. As far as I can remember, the first generation Ericssons GH337 took the 3V from the back of the battery pins. Even to the latest SonyEricssons do the same.

For my case, the sw cannot detect my phone.

Dunno why

@JammerTwo

Do you know what pins you want to send 9Volts to?

Thank you for your advice, but I hope you know what you are saying here.
