Support period has expired?!!

Hi Master,

When I was trying to us maintenance tool (4.3) to access support area, I was told my support period has expired. What does this mean? Does it mean I have to pay for the future support and how?

Seems stupid to stop the support without providing an option to purchase more. Sure it was a cheap product, i've made my money back on it 10x over, but seems like bad business to me, but hey what do I know i'm only an unlocker

I for one will probably be open to buying another SE solution soon, unless I crack DB2020 myself
