T630 strange problem :/ - GSM-Forum

Hello,
I have T630 with strange problem. Phone restart at startup screen,2-3 times, then working. If i try to check soft version (*>*<<*<*, service info, SW information) phone freeze. I flash phone (avr and arm) with R7A011 flash from USB-Smart support, try to write gdfs, try to write flash for imei patching, then ulnock, repairt and anything else, use any solution from this forum - still the same :/. Somebody can help me?

So have I understand that correct, your phone freeze when you check software, and all other options of the phone work fine, so if that is correct, why you check software version, it is not necessary for phone, but anyway must be software problem so if you want this to work try to flash another time, should work after flashing.

Now i flash phone with R7A011 (avr and arm), then unlock. Phone restart at startup one time, and work fine. Still i can`t read soft version. then i use Factory settings from settings menu. After that phone restatrt after 15-20 sec. Any suggestions? Special gdfs? Special flash?

1. flash avr and arm with r1l013
2. write clear gdfs.
3. remake crc's
4. Unlock.
5. Remove battery for 10 secs
6. Master reset

step 4 unlock can also be "recover SP area" then unlock

it's rebuild sp area and not recover sp area.

thanks. i forget it all the time. i havent even seen an SE phone in months.

bu they, unlocker, can w550/w600 be unlocked alright? i see many people having problems.

perhaps read codes and manual unlock is best?

still have no r1c flash :/. Need with emea1 lp. if not i repair phone using other lp, can i upgrade soft later to r7 with emea1?

Sorry, I didn´t have that flash file but I have GDFS full. Maybe it can help you in some way.
