usb smart

please help me . i bought a usb smart today and getting problem to go support .

i install driver and software and wen i press go support it does not take any action (see attachment) > please help me out

@ ryas1993, I think maybe you have firewall that block for you, try to disable that, just for test.

its same

its still the same brother , this time i disconnect and press go support it ask me to dial up connection , wen connected it does not open any server .

does anyone know wat can be done .
anyone got this problem before ????
please help

First time i have seen this, if your dongle connected then you should download automatically. please buy dongles from official reseller like:

www.usb-smart.co.uk

scroll to bottom and you will find driver downloads, download drivers and support access programe.

it cant be the dongle cause the program wont run at all without it connected.
it has to be IE or firewall.. does IE run when you push go support?
perhaps IE isnt set to be the defualt web browser.. it has to be for it to work.

Only IE will open with the program. Make sure you have IE 6.1 sp1 properly installed. Test it on other pc to be sure it is not your pc.

And use attached ussaccess v1.2 (ussaccess_v12.exe)

uninstall any internet downloader( DAP,IDMA, GetR....) !
