On my pc program start ok but it shows me only SN and user name ,password line is missing. Old version v10 works ok ,read also password bUt is useless as it is changed.

Unfortunately not working here, v1.2 always shows "USB-Smart dongle read ID ERROR!" after launch.

However, USSPASSWD v1.0 is still working flawless.

Edit:

Problem solved... after several attempts and various error messages ("Dongle not found", "Error on PASSWORD READ") I managed to get the new password. Don't know the reason for this problem, all security programs were deactivated and all other USB devices removed...

Hmm, try not to use external HUBS, plug dongle directly to computer, please test this and reply with result...

Please be patient and tell Zulea about your OS and if you have any antivirus...

all programs dongle protected work fine ,antivirus its OFF ,dongle connected directly to USB port . V10 works fine.

I need acces to support zone to download

Just try on another computer. Find one, mother, father, brother, wife, dog ..... Somebody must have one near you!
And check if working in another PC. There is something on your PC who interfere with latest used EXE protector. But to detect this, I need FULL INFO about your PC and what exactly is instaled there. Because on 99% of users it works well.

Tested USR & PSW from USSPASSWD_v1.2 work fine, gor access.
gsm_unlock I think usb-connection not good.
