i wan full flash with semc 6.6 with test point but
Switch phone ON
Get phone info
Flash CID: 49
Phone KEY: A1_DB2010_49_RED
OTP CID: 49
Phone IMEI: 35744200540491
Flash ID: 890D
Switch phone ON
Send FLASH application
Send MAIN flash file: "W550_R4AB048_HONG_KONG.mbc"

and measeag
out of memory while expanding memory stream
i try this way

1. - Use Test Point - Checked
- Skip TP when flash MAIN, FS - NOT Checked
- Complete phone after flash - NOT Checked
- Recover Certificate - NOT Checked
- Flash W550_EROM_CID49_RED.mbn as MAIN file
- Connect/disconnect Test Point on phone when software ask
2. - Use Test Point - Checked
- Skip TP when flash MAIN, FS - NOT Checked
- Complete phone after flash - NOT Checked
- Recover Certificate - NOT Checked
- Flash (your choice) MAIN file from MAIN_IMEI directory
- Connect/disconnect Test Point on phone when software ask
3. - Use Test Point - Checked
- Skip TP when flash MAIN, FS - Checked
- Complete phone after flash - NOT Checked
- Recover Certificate - NOT Checked
- Flash (your choice) FS file from FS directory
- Not need to use Test Point on phone
4. - Use Test Point - Checked
- Skip TP when flash MAIN, FS - NOT Checked
- Complete phone after flash - NOT Checked
- Recover Certificate - NOT Checked
- Flash W550_EEPROM_Area_Flash.mbn as MAIN file
- Connect/disconnect Test Point on phone when software ask

- Remove all filenames from MAIN and FS edit boxes

- On Repair tab mark Rebuild SP Area and Remake CRC's
- Do Selected Jobs

- On Unlock tab mark Clear SP Locks
- Do Selected Jobs

but the same massage
out of memory while expanding memory stream.
plz help me what i do

Try again....I used 6.4 with no problems.... you can also try 6.6.

The same for me 4 days ago! But solved by flashing erom first, after that flashing Main + Fs and complete phone!

for new board, it doesn't work

now every time when i unlock phone i remine me to do read phone code or info first,because it will not to touch the flash chips,and it safety to do unlock...but some of the phone cannot read info or code so after that read is not success,you can do read code fisrt is better than you directly press unlock funtion key...sorry my english....hope help..
ps:when you have sucess read the phone code,you can press your phone left * * left,and release the lock by this press and lock code while you read from software.
