W800i Error 305010, 305011, 305013 - GSM-Forum

Last week i used davinci client to update my o2 w800i to the latest fw. For some weird reason it erased my CDA. since that time i bought a USB-Smart and i have tried to fix my problem but when i try to conenct to my w800i i get errors 305010, 305011, 305013 at random. I am using a cruser 4-in-1 (i guess my w800i lead is a new version because it doesnt have external power - bought usb-samrt and cables from i-phone.org)

Any1 know what those errors mean?

I tried using my cruser cable with davinciclient and it said that the flash load could not be send and that i should try to recover phone.

DCU60 cable works fine with davinci. Is dcu60 going to be supported with usb-smart?

hi man :
first open usbsmart
FINALIZE PHONE with usbmart...!
than:
1-chose right port and phone model
2-edit CDA
3-click Do selected jobs
4-NOW ATTACHE CABLE TO PHONE !!!
....and .....voilá

When i try to "complete phone after flash" in "flash arm" tab i get the following:

Switch phone ON
Phone Flash CID: 36
Phone KEY: A1_DB2010_36_RED
Get phone info
ERROR: 305010

I you mean i should finalize with davinci clent.. i did that when i upgraded the phone.

Any more ideas?

Search and Read the forum (USB/Flash) for recovering K750i and follow the recovery and everything will be fine.

are you sure that i need to RECOVER my phone?

it is working normally...it just doesnt connect to usb smarts' software!
what makes you believe i need to follow any recovery procedure? do you know what those errors are?

dont get me wrong...i dont know whether recovery procedure will be of help or not...i am just trying to justify why you say i should recover it

You are correct no need to recover phone if its still working, I assumed your phone had died on failing to flash CDA, you may have a faulty cable you should try it on another Sony/Ericsson to see if its ok.

I had the powered cable and modded it as Zulea said and it works but not every time so i put cable back to original and it works allways this way.

PS: can you post a screenshot of the screen when it gives error, it may help, or is that all it says Error xxxxx as in this case I think this is a cable fault and easyist way to test it is another phone

PSS: another problem may be your USB port is low on power too try not to use a laptop or hub and try on another PC

Thanks for the reply.

I am now using a powered usb hub because i had problems with the cruzer 4-in-1.
since i changed into a powered hub i tried the software with 2xT630, 1xK700i, 1xK500i and 1xK600i and it all works fine.. so voltage is not the issue.

I dont have access to another w800i/k750i so i didnt check the K750i lead of my cruzer cable but as i said earlier.. my lead did not have external power (crocodile clips) so i guess its a newer version thats modified to get power from usb. i dont have a multimeter to test right now.

please find attached photos from my k750i lead.

does anybody know what these error numbers mean? zulea?

I got a new multimeter today.. i checked and my cable between the two shorted pins (red) and the black cable pin has a voltage of 0.75 to 1.0 max

its usually .9 if i have it connected to a powered hub and .75 if i have connecyed directly to a computer.

how much voltage is enough ? do i need to modify my cable to add external power? (my cable came with NO external power clips)
