WHY, does it not connect?????? - GSM-Forum

Ok, lets explain me.
I have a K750i, that is totally dead, it doesn´t even power up.
I´ve been trying to flash it wuth diffents flashes, and no succes.

Later on, I have one other K750i almost new, and completely funtional.
I think , ok now I can read the flash from the working one, and put it back on the dead, and problem will be solved.

I connect the usb smart, k750 cable, with power 3 - 3.7v., batery full, full,and..................
IT DOESN´T CONNECT AS WELL, NO WAY TO CONNECT AND READ THIS ONE , AS WELL.

Now, I dont know if the problem that I can not flash the phone, its cause of the phone, or its cause of the dongle??

This is not normal, or should not be.

Any ideas will be wellcome.

Nobody knows????
I have two K750i, one is dead, the other is new.
But USB SMART CANNOT EVEN CONNECT TO BOTH OF THEM.
I CAN NOT READ INFO FROM THE NEW ONE. and not to say from the dead one.

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG??????????????????

Please if some one could give me an idea whats wrong, would be nice.

mine is totally dead aswell.red light comes on but that is all,it just wont connect.

ive had some problems with this as well...and i found that by connecting a
9v battery instead of a 3.5-4v works on the more stubborn phones..
also when it says SWITCH PHONE ON wait 3seconds and insert the phone battery...and its worked 100% for me..

Well, I have to say:
Same dongle (of course)
Same PC
Same Phone
Same cable
DIFFERENT WAY TO POWER THE CABLE.
WHO TOLD WITH A 9V. BATTERY WOULD BURN FLASHES CHIPS??????
WHO TOLD ONLY, ONLY 3V??????

I did charge the phone batery totally full, I took a 9v. alcaline batery.
(somebody told me that with 9v. batery it would work, but I was very afraid trying so, I didn´t want to burn anything), but I decided to try, for sure the guy who told me, he had done before, and no need to lie.

I connect everything, even the 9 v. batery, and at the beginning, it didnt connect, but I tried taken phone batery out and putting back again, and I got some read, but very unreadable signals.

I clean up, the phone conector, with a little brush, and suddenly it make a read of the phone details.
I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

I tried to flash main + fs + complete phone, AND IT WORKED LIKE A CHARM TILL START FS SERVICES, THERE IT STOPPED AT 33%.
Tried once more, and again everything fine, till the same point as before, at start fs services, it stopped at 33%, and gave a error code( dont remember).
I looked in this forum for that error, and a guy that had already the same prob, solved it out by doing exactly the same process, BUT WITH ONE OTHER FLASH, JUST THAT.
Ok, I took another one, main + fs + complete phone...AND MY PHONE CAME BACK TO LIFE, YES HE CAME BACK TO LIFE.
AND NOW ITS WORKING 100% FINE.

Sorry for the long post, but maybe would help someone else with the same trouble.

WHO TOLD NOT TO USE 9V. BATTERY??????????
AT LEAST FOR ME WAS THE ONLY WAY TO FLASH IT.
