Why I can not go on support area??????? - GSM-Forum

today I tried to connect support area to download one flash file, but there is an alert that I can not support? USB-SMART team, zulea can tell me what is this mean?

even with 6 months support i am 2 months short as i have only had my usbsmart for just over 4 months..

Site must have a corrupt support database or something.

usbsmart is now sold with 6 months access to support.. I only had mine for 4 months so have 2 months left !! its not just SE support its all support. Moto Sam etc.

i got same message, ok everybody, this is not good for our business, i think we should all turn to SEtool pro, that suppport hasnt stopped since product was released, and is updated
