Z1010 - Error 000403 - GSM-Forum

Hello,
I'm trying to unlock a Z1010 with Semc Tool V6.6 but the phones turn on and the error 000403 appears, why can't unlock, what does it mean?

Successfully unlocked with old semc-tool v5.2!
I think there is a bug on the new v6.6, Zulea check it!

....check your cable, because today i'm unlocked another one with last version 6.6 and...work well.

What cable/interface you used?
