Why do you not answer old customers requests for help who first bought Usb-Smart tool for Sony Ericsson support, now you don't answer any request for help with new phones such as W900i flash repair etc etc

Come on Zulea if you don't answer this then new users of samsung and Motorola Usb-Smart can expect the same once you move on to your next project!!!!

You have been posting all day in samsung and motorola support section of Usb-Smart but nothing for your loyal Sony Ericsson Usb-Smart users!!!

I was going to buy Samsung and Motorola support for my usb but now i think and invest my money elsewhere!!!

you get what you pay for, cheapest is not always to best option. i have unlocked/repaired 30+ w900i without testpoint in the last week.

James-R please share the info with me as i am desperate to get this phone fixed as customer has gone mad and wanted their phone back!!!!

i would mate but you need a better tool than usb-smart (which i do have and is ok for some jobs), do you have any other sony ericsson tool? i.e. cruiser or setool.
