i have got w800 whose camera doesnt work

i have upgraded spftware, changed camera and cable still same
only black box comes when we activate camera and when we click, it gives shutter sound and hangs

plz help

hardware dead. order a new camera assembly

i have written that i have already replaced CAMERA ASSEMBLY and FLEX CABLE

now what???
