U8330I still locked after direct unlock. ??

got a U8330I (israel)
i do direct unlock with lgtool , usbsmart say all unlocked o.k , but usim still locked.
do i need to reset phone after ? or do i need testpoint for unlocking it ?

Try this :

read and save all 4 firmware files
flash with a firmware from support
make unlock
reflash the 4 files just readed.

I flash phone with U8330_v10A_Italy and he opened
when i flash back Hebrew it's stil Locked.
What we can do naw

are you shore phone was unlocked ?
normally to relock phone You need to re-write gdfs area and making a relock function, after that phone will be locked to the provider on first usim You will put on phone.

this phone is original from orange .il .
after all testing as roni said , things are like that.

1.originl flash , direct unlock with usbsmart - phone still locked to orange .il
2.flashing with italy unlocked flash , reset phone . phone is unlocked np.
3.flashing back with original flash , phone locked again.
4.unlock phone with hwk and test point , then read info. phone say all locks are open , but when insert other then orange .il sim , phone still say usim locked.

please help us here guys , this phone from he;;

Very strange phone Ser,
as I suppose You have v10a Israel inside phone, so no big difference between v10a Ita You flashed .
Not sure, but try to make a Read All Codes from v10a Israel and manually insert NCK.
