please read the manual and make use of the un-install program provide in the support area

support area has the drivers and un-install.exe avilable already to make light work of this problem for you.

Its common problem with motorola to have problems with the drivers and procedure for them please be patient with them you will make them 100% work with a little patientce.

Number 1 killer of motorola mobile phones - im-patientce (stop process because your scared etc or power failure etc)
Number 2 killer of motorola mobile phones - fooked flash/firmware files provided by twits to gain extra points in gsm community in order to further mess motorola phones and make more money for us pro's (you know who you are already ppl ).

Not many other killers to motorola phones, mainly the physical ones left....yes all the rest are caused by "sunday" unlockers (yes i know we all have to learn, but even the great ones have fooked a few phones getting there ).
