| Sharp 903sh Cid24 Dead After Flash & error code 000503 Hi! i have 903 jap cid 24,(may/2005) I've flash with USB smart file "SH903_v1046_EURO_Unlocked". Everything is done. but didn't power up..  now, I tried flash with "SH903_v1071_JAPAN_2006_Unlocked" see this message. Switch phone ON ... Get phone info ERROR 000503 what is error code 000503? how can resolve it? i'm using usb smart v5.0, with full charge (3v)battery. |

| i have had error 40333A, but i just kept trying and it went away. just make sure that you are flashing the right files. make sure the battery (903 battery... use a battery from another 903 because your 903's battery may be dead now. if the phone is dead right now, the battery will NOT charge) is full... for external power use 3V (2xAA) or up to 5V (9V is bad). flash the Japan firmware v1071 (2006 unlocked) using sharp tool v5.0. if flashing fails on the second file, try using sharp tool v2.1 if you still get error all the time, then flash chip might be damaged. |
