a920 unlocking problem

i am trying to unlock a920 with p2k tool v41 but it always fails when the program tries to switch the phone into flash mode so is there any testpoint should i use or somthing ?

here is the log:

Connecting to phone ...
Switching to P2K mode ...
Connected to: 'Motorola Test Interface'
Switching to flash mode ...
ERROR: Could not connect

u have to press the top two buttons together to got flash mode

when i press the 2 play buttons the program doesn't detect the phone so what do i have to do ?

Finaly...after smart clip unlock fail, for motorola a925, i `succes unlock` with Usb smart cyclone v3.9 cracked version...
here is a log

Connecting to phone ...

Connected OK

Sending second loader to phone ...

But the phone is still LOCKED!!!!!!!

yes usb-smart can't unlock a920 and a925
can't Switching to flash mode or disp All unlock process finished OK

But the phone is still LOCKED!!!!!!!

pls try cyclone smart-clip not need computer hehe

Have you tried P2K Easy Tool 3.7 cracked? there is apparently bugs in 3.9 and many people have had problems unlocking with 3.9

Just Want to say thank u to Mrtinlertrain for his graet support and am pasting this cos i know it will help someone too.


mrtinkertrain_smartclip: have you performed Unlock procedure correctly?
Unlock procedure for A920/A925/A1000
1. Power the phone on.
2. Connect the phone to a powered clip. Phone display should give "USB cable connected" message.
3. Press UNLOCK button on the clip.
4. Phone reloads. Within 5-10 seconds phone display gives "Waiting for PST" message.
5. Press 1 and 2 keys simultaneously in upper part of the handset. The phone enters boot mode (if you don't press these 2 keys during "Waiting for PST" message, the clip will give red E/G led and you will have to start with step 1 again).
6. After A and B keys have been pressed E/G green led will blink and phone reboots. Meanwhile E/G will give frequent green blinking and phone will turn on.
Do not disconnect cell phone from Smart-Clip while green led indic
mrtinkertrain_smartclip: 7. Green E/G led glows. The cell phone is unlocked.
