Thumbs up can USB-smart repair V3X?

I have one V3x blink only keyboard, in boot mode display show the information!
can I repair it with USb-smart??

you should repair PDS THEN FLASH 1FF flashfile--- try with smart clip coz usb smart can`t make repair PDS for this model...
