Cannot connecting with C975 at all.


Help, I tried to connected my C975 with the tool but it always reports that
Connecting to phone ...
ERROR: Could not connect

Driver has been installed and is not conflicting with any other port. What might me the problem?

Yes I did. But there is nothing runnable after installation except a test programm. I am not really sure what it is used for?

well i run the software
but it connects and then gives a error message or "access violation...."
this happened with v220 , v3 etc pls fix the bug

Problem changed to the following:

Connecting to phone ...
Detected USB device VID:22B8 PID:4902
Switching to P2K mode ...
ERROR: Could not connect

I am using XP(SP2). Also tried the other mechine,not working as well.

1.9 is also tried and got:

Connecting to phone ...
Detected USB device VID:22B8 PID:4901
ERROR: Could not set USB configuration : could not set config 1: win error: The parameter is incorrect.

ERROR: Could not open flash interface

What might be the problem?

I also tried to manually change the phone to flash mode and after that I got:

Connecting to phone ...
Detected USB device VID:22B8 PID:4903
Opened Motorola S Flash Neptune LTE OK
Connected OK
Sending loader to phone ...
ERROR: FLASHCMD invalid command response
ERROR: Sending JUMP command.
ERROR: Send loader failed (1)

When the tool switching to p2k mode, i hear my pc disconnect the phone (makes PLIM)
