From when I have to turn on the right mode to connect the phone with the program? When I connect the phone with the USB cable it doesn't show me any options on the phone,it just starts loading and shows on the phone "Insert SIM".I can't put a SIM card because the phones are locked. With Motorola V3 and L6 I don't have any problems-I have unlocked them and they have connected with the program without problems. Please tell me step by step what I have to do.

Both E770 and V360 require testpoint for unlock. So, make testpoint, unlock your phone(s) and AFTER that, if you want other operation who not need testpoint, go in menu and select right connection. Or just power on phone in flash mode by * + # + PWR.

TO Umbabaraumba

CHANGE IN MENU "CONECTIVITY" WITH WORKING OR TEST CARD
IN USB SETTINGS CHANGE FROM "MEMORY CARD" TO "DATA/FAX CONNECTION"
