| hello i have the same prolem but it is solved try to power your gsm in flash mode the usb smart is going to write bootloader and it ask to power the gsm in flash mode just stop at that moment and your gsm will be ok i have unlocked the phone |

| read the manual, have some patientce (learn that motorola drivers are a bitch sometimes and you need patientce to install them properly). USB Smart for motorola rocks, its really easy to use for unlocking even when you do have to use the testpoint method  Its worth having a usb smart fully activated to gain extra freebies  WBR |
