when i go to support area it say
when i open the support page, the following appear,

Your first login was on: 12-04-2006 from IP: 86.40.11.245
Sorry, but your support period has expired.

is the support aera only support 4 months only?
if yes, how can i get in the support again?
and how much? Thanks

Dongle base type: USB-SMART
Dongle Serial Number: 05011xxx (i can pm u my dongle no.)
Smartcard UPDATED
SAMSUNG feature NOT ACTIVE
MOTOROLA feature ACTIVATED
