i wish to flash L6, L7, V3, V3i, V3x, E398, V171....

can usb smart flash these phone? how much for usb smart?

i never use this tools but just wonder why so many type like usb smart(SE), usb smart(MOTO)...........

Well 1 Reason If For Sure, Usb Smart Is Cheap And Cheerful With Flash Files Suport.
Usb Smart Is Always Constantly Improving From Looking At Its History, About Flashing At The Moment It Has Many Bugs , In A Way U Can Say No Because You Wil Be Lucky To Flash It.
Usb Smart Is A Good Buy.

Why not use rsd lite to flash these phones..

Would be the logical solution in my book..

yes, you don`t need any box for flash moto, only for unlock you need one...

al u need is to get the require test point for the -phone u want to unlock using smart clip to carry out ground test that is the4 only way for u to unlock L7
