i can not unlock a ZV10 with COM set cable

people say it can be only by USB cable

Newer Firmware Can't be Direct Unlock.
1st u have to Flash with Proper Firmware after that U can Unlock it Easily.
that Firware is Posted Many times b4 in the Forum U just need to Click on Search Button.

why Zulea Creat a Software and it not work very well

microsoft create windows but it works some mistakes but work

and what firmware do you have in ZV10?check that with this command.

Zulea produts are used

Zulea problem is make a uge upgrade only 10 or 15% work

until now i have see more bad support and software that zulea support and soft

how to unlock one samsung zv10_
i try with ******* 1,12 from Zulea, got that all it's Ok! but phone it's locked!
with @multiunlocker code reader 2.1.1@ only freeze soft and nothing happnen!
sw in phone is ZV10BUEJ7!
how to unlock&&??
