BF31W (311) always power on - GSM-Forum

Hi im using alcatel 9in1 with 9V+ when i try to connect cable phone always pwr on... press do selected job (alcatel tool 1.2) but always error 20101 - not connected - its always pwring on... plz what is wrong cable or what ??

Check if you have installed the drivers cable. (.sys , .dll)
