Hello. I'm really happy with my USB-Smart. The best thing i have ever bought.
The problem is that i'm having a hard time in unlocking an Alcatel 511. I'm usind the 9 in 1 com cable + the 9V battery. In one computer, the Alcatel Tool v10 doesn't run at all. I suspect it's because it's a SATA disk. On another computer i own, with an IDE disk, the software runs, but when i try to unlock the phone it always says "ALL OK!" but does nothing to the phone, since it still asks for the network code.
I was wondering if anyone can plz help me solve my problem.

You have to select everything in the software such us Comport, Model and function. It worked with my 511 so must work with you too. Really fast method

i selected the com 1, the bf4l1 model. when i press make selected jobs, it appears ALL OK! but doesn't unlock the phone. Probably, it's a cable problem... but it would be good to have an Alcatel tool update, since the v10 doesn't run on all computers.
