Is it possible to repair killed Alc 332 with USB-Smart?

Hello,

i've got the Alcatel 332 (BG32c) from my customer. The phone was damaged while trying to unlock it with some unclear software. Now it asks for SIM card even when it is inserted.
Is it possible to repair this fault with USB-Smart? If not, if it possible to revive it at all?

B.R.,
Mobilusis
