WARNING...735 Killed - GSM-Forum

Hi

Just to warn you. I tried to unlock a Alcatel 735 with alcatel tool 1.2 and the appropriate adaptors, it failed and now the phone is stone cold.

It will not turn on..

This is the error i got when trying to unlock.

Unlocking 735 phone ...
Flash ID: 2010
Flash Kind: ST
Phone version: 102_KM285
ERROR: 404501

I cannot find any infor that relates to this error..

Anyone know if this phone is possible to save or it is just to the scrapyard ?

If it needs flashing, where do i find something for it with Danish language in ? It seems that the support page is not very updated with files for alcatel phones..

Tested on 2 different computers and both give same result ..

PS. The phone is not completely dead, i can still communicate with it thru the cable but i get the same error message every single time.

Hi

Just want to tell that i found the solution..

My cable is a comport cable and it has a battery clip for a 9v battery...Therefor i naturally attached a battery to this clip...If i took the battery away it unlocked ok and now it is working and turning on again.

I have chosen not to delete the post as it is the only one with that particular error and in future if people like me get this error then they have a possible solution.

PS. Does anyone know what that clip is then for ? Maybe only some phones need it ?

sorry for my english
i'am unlock this model with usb-smart,and i'am use vigis+vigis alcatel cable
in comport2(usb mode).
i'am unlock fine this phone,and change language too.
phone work well,check your cable,maybe this error is for cable.
and usb-smart don't save tech zone,may be zulea resolve this bug.

Yesterday I unlocked a BG31p (331p) and I must put in the 9 V. battery to the cable and work fine.
