40 pcs x new not activated usb smart put in rubish ?

can somebody help to activate them at least it can work with old sw ?

can smb create FTP where to put al flash file?

Very starnge step , at least need give time to activate dongle ,that people can use it.

id keep them, im sure someone sometime will crack the dongle and make it so you can turn it on.

maybe someone already knows..

Hi use can use your dongle even smart card not activated, did you try ????
