When there is a problem like now and people wonder why, you can atleast give us an answer. We have paid for the product, so an answer isn't to much to ask for. This isn't support for a paid product if you aske me!

I agree, it is disgraceful for something people call a professional tool to be supported like this. Zulea cannot even be bothered to post a small explanation as to the problem while we have to make excuses to customers.
