'Dongle not find' - posible resolvation of this problem - GSM-Forum

hi,
when i try to run softwares always give "dongle not find" error.
but my dongle detected by windows and no problems on drivers.
i need some advices on this error.

cheack these files UsbSmart.dll and UsbSmart.sys

and try to reinstall UsbSmart driver

these files are ok,
as i said earlier, i reinstalled drivers few times.
still same problem.

There can be 2 problems.

1. with your computer, but you said that you instaled few times and still not working.

2. you have problem with dongle hardware. ask your reseller to change only the hardware, the card is ok.

I too have still problem with this dongle ... it dont want work on my stacionary PC, I`m try many solution, system see this key but always give me error "dongle not find"

But working great on my other computers

I dont know reason this situation

thanks for all,
i discover the problem, usb smart conflict with virtual smart card reader(for cracked software). but it happend suddenly. it work few months without a problem.
after disablling virtual card reader usb smart working.

hello people please I need some help!!

I managed to unlock 3 sonyericsson W810i On Tmobile cid49

But when I have tried the same with orange it give the following information and now the fone killed

Switch phone ON
Get phone info
Flash CID: 49
Phone KEY: A1_DB2010_49_RED
OTP CID: 49
Phone IMEI: 35906100047536
Flash ID: 2019
Switch phone ON
Write Flashloader CID49
Waiting to finish
Switch phone ON
Start Flashloader CID49
Reading flash CXC version
Version: R4CF002_CXC1250321_ORANGE_HN
Send FLASH application
Write GDFS Flashloader
Switch phone ON
Start GDFS Flashloader
Recover first flash part
ERROR: CXC version not supported for recovery!

P.S : Im using a USB -smart

anyway I have solved the

problem after one day work

so the phone was orange so after the latest update for a usb-smart files i manged to reflash the phone using a T-Mobile files and now after the flash the phone unlocked already but sometimes u can unlock the phone after the flash..Thank you so much

p.s : I have used the following files

1)- W810_R4CE012_T_MOB_INT_A.fbc

2)- W810_R4CE012_ZONE1_STANDARD.mbc
