Donlge Update Problem

I've Twister Support Dongle i successfully update it to USB-Smart im using all function LG, SE, SHARP,ALCATEL now i want upate of MOTOROLA & SAMSUNG but whenever i try to update my Dongle i get error as shown in the attached pictures.

when u attach Twister Support Dongle and Run Latest Maintenance tool then there is option availabel asking Request Twister Dongle to USB-Smart Activation and when u request for it will create a file with extention .txt in same folder where Exe is placed now don't edit this file and send it to reseller and and pay amount for activation and then u will recieve a file from reseller just run maintenance tool again then click on Process activation file and load that file , you are done , you got the activation and now USB-Smart is activated in ur Twister support dongle
