After update all dongles are loosing activations, so if u have samsung or motorola activated u will loose activation, therefore u will have to use again your activation files to restore activation... but here the problem begin..

Well i need to know if Zulea is going to perform some kind of update in order to correct this bug or clients should need files for activate again their usb-smart and restore original state of activations...

If clients need the files again i need some help please i have all activations done remotly saved, but the ones sold already activated iīve deleted the files for not making confusion between them... anyway u guys know some kind of program that can restore my deleted files??? if so it would be great help and will solve all my problems also customers problems cause i can recover all missing activation files and send clients again for restore original state of dongles....

Zulea i hope u fix this problem quickly i know this things sometimes happen and we are not perfect but please pay little bit attencion in next updates or put some warning as sticky for clients and resselers save their activation files and donīt delete them

If someone could help me regarding this matter i would be very pleased...

i think reseller has a list of customers and activation keys are registered or at less made again, i already read of this problem, thought first of all register on smart site recording reseller name too, and maybe mr zulea keeps traking of customers and dongle using support site. hope you kept proof of payment for sam and moto updates, this will help you. good luck and thanks for advertize other customer.

Has nothing to do with intelligence ,this is the only dongle in the whole GSM market that an update deletes previous activations and it shouldn't be so dont come up with silly remarks

An reinstall of Windows don not require to enter the product key again?
Or any registered software, after is reinstalled again (let's say after a HDD format) do not require to enter again your registration key for this software?

Here is same, on dongle update I write WHOLE smartcard contents, so is required to enter 'registration key' again.

Maybe was my mistake, and in next Maintenance I will WARN about this before to process to update.

But this CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS was given to ALL RESELLERS from the BEGINING:
KEEP ALL THE CALCULATED ACTIVATION FILES
