problems with update dongle - GSM-Forum

i have read all topics which are connected with my problem, but nothig helped me. i have tryied to update smartcard but it stopped at 81%, so i did update once again (i have already put card to p-key reader, but problem is still the same) - when i want to update everything stops at 0% and nothing is happening. anybody pleas help me.
ps. i have tryied to change the computer but id doesn`t help.

have you test my solution with Pkey dongle,too? (if you have it!)
take the card from pkey and insert the USB Smart Card into the pkey and show if work!?

Please help,i ask in forum's usb smart that my smart card not upgrate when i press upgrate bottom and have this messages:

Update smartcard ...
Connecting to update server ...
Working on card ...
it's stop in this level and nothing happend.i test in win 98,me and xp.please help me i want active motorla

and my box not upgrate.please answer meeeeeeeee

Did you try other internet service provider?
I have same problems like you from 2 diferent providers in china and i use CDMA to update card in china. In dubai seems they have same problem (and i was reported that they have only 1 internet service provider).

So, tell me how can i help you in this situation?

Your box not upgrade? or your dongle? Can you be more specific, will be interesting for me your answer.

why are developpere staying indifferent to our problem. if its a cheap dongle, it does not not mean, we should not be able to use it!!!

Tried to upgrade at different time, with many pcs, and even in other card reader (p-key) ==> result: always wait "working on card "

man, it cost more to even retrun the dongle!

Please post screen shot of your problem.

I never heard that with pkey reader someone still have this problem.

what maintenance software version are you using?

Please download last version from this link and report then.

hello again sir!
i've downloaded the maintenance v40 and in fact i used it already thank you for that. i've entered the support area. however when i updated the dongle the motorola activation was deleted. now it says motorola not activated. but before the updating this feature is working. only samsung feature is not activated which i planned to activate soon. what shall i do to recover the motorola feature? i'm new to this dongle.
hope you can help with this problem and thanks in advance.

did you save the activation file if you did use it to reactivat the dongle

no sir because i have no knowledge about it. i just bought it as a second hand item.
