Support area has gone to dogs....


Well after moving support from bad providers (as Zulea said) to damn slow server its really become a headache.Only 6MB file took 10 minutes to download on 4MB connection.It was a cheap tool with great support area but now support area is also cheap.

i tried so many time but i didn`t seccessed to downloded W800 flash file
please chack the server what is wrong .
we need more speed . it must be best from before not bed.

Well some of you are lucky, well at least u are able to download, but mine dont download at all, always get cut off or page cannot be displayed. At one point the server wasnt even answering correctly to my card. I am sure my card was plugged in and it brought me to a site as if my dongle was not plugged (I had maintenace v4.1 opened, so i dont know why it said that i have to plug in my dongle).

same problem.
i was downloading w810 main flash yesterday. 20 mb downloading at 5kbs. after a hour it timed itself out
zulea, you need do something man..........

btw.
anyone be kind enough to upload w810 main and fs flash please.

I have downloaded v4.1 maintenance but when i try to logon to support area it says you have to download v4.1 maintenance to logon to support.
I download again he v4.1 version but again the same thing.
What is the problem?
