Hi, I had the same problem as you, I have to restart my computer and try about 25-30 times, then it worked.
go ahead and try MANY times

100% working solution for this is to put usbsmart card into Pkey or JAFWM card reader and make update with this.

Hi,

I try to help you, nothing else.
Try to change your computer where you make update card or use an usb hub.

You dont need to buy enything else more, but may be u have a friend who allready have this reader used for pkey or JAFWM and you can ask him to give you this reader just to make the update.

I also want to ask you why you need to update card?

if usb maintenance detect the dongle, then, why update is difficult. i cannot update also. i have tries at least 10 times at different times; also we cannot remove the cover and put card in other reader, because the guarantee will be void then!

how can u help. we are waiting!

It doesn't mind if i can use new version of semc_tool and the next update of semc_tool without update usbsmart card but how about zulea mind will change security on semc_tool software and need update usbsmart card????
