usbsmart.dll problem - GSM-Forum

hello. Ive got a problem. Sometimes I get following message : longtime usbsmart.dll is used by another application. What to do? I've allready reinstall windows (clean install with sp2 ) tried several usb ports ( Hub and Usb 2.0 pci card. I have celeron 700 and AMD 1000 but both have same error. I have twister dongle with activated moto

I have this problem too why does this hapens..and i hate it cozz i have to restart computer as aplication freeze and nothing can close it...What to do to unfreeze the programs??

U have to restart pc , and all will be ok .

I'm also recieving this error thingy.
What I do is the following:

Click OK hen the error displays at the screen.
Then pull out the dongle (program wil shut down by it self)
Put the dongle back in and restart the program.

In all cases I didn't had to restart the PC or needed to reinstall Windows or what so ever...
